This service is available to HDB residents of Jurong GRC (which covers areas in Bukit Batok East, Clementi, Jurong Central, Jurong Spring and Taman Jurong), Bukit Batok SMC and Yuhua SMC.

*The following Terms & Conditions apply:

• Limited to 1 trip per household per month, up to a max of 3 bulky items per trip.
• To avoid corridor obstruction, items to be placed outside the unit only on the collection day.
• Bookings must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
• This service does not include removal of items for house moving, renovation debris, built-in fixtures such as false ceilings, kitchen cabinets, pianos etc.
• This service is available only from 2pm to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
