TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This contest is open to all residents of Jurong East – Bukit Batok GRC and Jurong Central SMC except employees of the Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok Town Council and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, and siblings). This is to avoid any potential conflict of interest and to ensure a fair and transparent judging process.

3. To qualify:
a. The participant has to include a short write up on the logo design concept of the design elements of the new logo.
b. Submitted by the closing date via the official online contest form. Late entries shall be disqualified.
c. Submitted entry has to be in Illustrator/EPS/PDF format and be no larger than 10MB in size and not exceeding 10MB in size.
4. By entering this contest, participants:
a. Agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of this contest and related admin, publicity, record keeping and verification purposes. Winners may be interviewed by the organiser and consent to public disclosure of their names and the results of the contest.
b. Must include their name, contact number, address, email. Entries without complete information will be disqualified.
c.Grant Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok Town Council and its associates a non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable right to use, store, reproduce, publish, publicly display, print and edit submitted for the Contest in any media format and channels (including website, collaterals and social media platforms) for Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok Town Council’s publicity, promotional and/or marketing purposes.
5. The organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any submission(s) and/or entry from the competition.
6. Winners will be selected and notified by 1 August 2025 via mail or email.
7. Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok Town Council reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest (and/or prize).
