Launched on 9 December 2007, our ‘Cash for Trash’ programme aims to make it more convenient for residents to adopt a greener lifestyle.

How it works
Similar to what the traditional ‘karung guni’ man does, residents will get to exchange their recyclables like aluminum, glass, plastic, newspaper and old clothing for cash at 5 recycling stations located throughout Jurong GRC.

Every Sunday from 7.30am to 12noon.
